Business Development Specialist

To find, approach, and handle new business opportunities locally and internationally with the goal of maximizing the company’s profits or market share, while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. 

  • Communicating with Persons Outside\Inside Organization — Communicating with people outside\inside the organization, representing the organization to customers either in person; for product presentation, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
  • Estimating the Quantifiable Characteristics of Products, Events, or Information — Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

Bachelor degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration. 2+ years of experience in construction-related fieldBusiness Development certificate is a plus.Business Writing is a plus.
