- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage recruitment efforts.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Bachelor degree.5+ years in HR roles, with a focus on business partnering and at least 2 years in HRBP position.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
