As an Export Commercial Director at ACMA for Chemical and Mining, you will play a crucial role in shaping the sales direction and success of our company. You will work closely with the CEO to drive the growth and development of our plans.
We – ACMA for Chemical and Mining is an Egypt-based supplier of Ground Calcium Carbonate and Coated Calcium Carbonate. ACMA is a company with a refreshingly innovative mix of state-of-the-art machinery and a qualified team that serves a heterogeneous mix of clientele from all over the region. While ACMA’s first manufacturing plant is in Egypt, it has a solid regional footprint and a growing international scope. Therefore, ACMA established itself as the premium provider of superior calcium carbonate products from a wide range of finesses ranging from 5 microns up to 200 microns, and bigger grain sizes for special market segments. In different micron grades natural ground and surface-treated calcium carbonate is produced according to sectors, mainly for PVC, Plastic, Paint, Paper, and Plastic pipe. To provide standard quality, after having produced high-quality calcite and micronized it, our products are analyzed in our laboratory consistently before delivering to end buyers. - Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.).
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
Requirements:Proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant role.Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.Experience: from 10 to 15 years as an Export Commercial Director a large international scope.Good experience in the logistics field.Key Skills:Teamwork and motivational skills.Good planning and organizing skills.English language is a Must, written and spoken.French Language is preferred.Good command of using different Microsoft Office programs.Excellent communicator.Very good Negotiator.Job Location:Nozha, Cairo, Egypt.
