- Maintain and update employee records in both soft and hard copies, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Update internal HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on HR-related metrics for internal communications and management review.
- Process employee requests and provide relevant information, advising on HR policies, procedures, and hiring regulations.
- Conduct HR investigations and apply sanctions in compliance with labor law
- Facilitate the onboarding process by distributing policies to new hires, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Manage departmental communications, including answering telephone calls and addressing HR-related queries promptly
- Verify and maintain accurate leave records, ensuring up-to-date balances and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
