Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage and oversee a range of human resource activities, including organizational development, payroll, recruitment, personnel management, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is adept at HR best practices and can navigate a fast-paced environment to foster a positive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop job descriptions and interview guidelines, ensuring effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.

Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, staying updated on labor law changes and updating policies as needed.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and prepare reports on HR activities to enhance effectiveness and employee engagement.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM-06:00 PM 
Days Off: Fridays, Saturdays
Location: Mokattam


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in HR recruitment.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Experience with talent management, employee development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
