- Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of property viewings
- Supporting agents and brokers during the sale, purchasing, and leasing processes
- Compiling and maintaining real estate documents, agreements, and lease records
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials for property listings
- Updating and maintaining property listings on various real estate platforms
- Processing transactions and ensuring all related paperwork is completed and filed correctly
- Conducting research on real estate market trends and preparing reports
- Managing client databases and records
- Assisting with client communication and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to real estate brokers and agents
- Coordinate property listings, including marketing and advertising efforts
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferredProven work experience as a Real Estate Coordinator or similar role with minimum of 3 yearsKnowledge of real estate industry, including understanding of property management and real estate transactionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software
