As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of marble and granite projects. Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Adjust project schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.
- Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Budget Management:
- Coordinate with accounting department to track project costs and ensure that they are within budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
- Resolve conflicts within the team and maintain a positive work environment.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

- Project Invoicing:
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients, ensuring they reflect the completed work and agreed-upon pricing.
- Monitor invoice payments and follow up on outstanding balances in coordination with accounting team
- Quantity Surveying:
- Take accurate measurements and prepare detailed quantity take-offs for materials and labor.
- Calculate material requirements and costs to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
- Tendering:
- Prepare tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities.
- Assist management in pricing submissions to clients.
