- The Customer Service Coordinator is the first contact of the customer with the service center. Make sure that the customer is well received and directed to the proper service
- Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate with the service advisors to forward the customer
- Identify the customers who have an appointment from those who don’t to identify the priorities
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers and service staff
Work experience as a Customer Service or similar roleExperience in sales or customer service positions is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skillsBSc degree in any relevant field
