Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. From 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably with exposure to B2B sectors.Ability to develop engaging and relevant content across various platforms.Experience in managing content calendars, overseeing content creation, and working with designers and writers.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and goals are met.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with brand positioning and consistency across marketing channels.Knowledge of building and maintaining brand identity and values.Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams.Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools to track and nurture leads.Experience with lead generation and nurturing campaigns.Understanding of specific industry practices, whether in B2B, manufacturing, real estate, or other fields are pluses.Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Experience in campaign planning, budgeting, and reporting on key metrics.
