  • Follow up on reports received regarding customer complaints and work to follow up on resolving them
  • Supervising and following up on the performance of sales management employees and evaluating them.
  • Analyzing the results of marketing campaigns and making the required changes to improve the level of sales
:Qualifications
  • paints & coats or food and baverge experiemcs is a must
  • 8 years of experience in a Previous coatings company is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent English language
  • Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal skills. and Team Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
