We have a vacancy at our Cairo office for an Project Coordinator.
This core function is tasked to aid and facilitate the research and management team to complete their tasks and projects as part of the company’s core operations.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Data Entry
· Transcribing and translating phone calls from Arabic to English and vice-versa.
· Documents, addresses and university certificates verification through online research and phone calls.
· Project coordination.
. Handling the documents with our outside agent.
· Prepare requested documents for team members.
· Assist with the governmental affairs.
· Prepare and update the team with tasks assigned through progress reports.
Job requirements: . A degree in Economics, business administration, or a related field.. Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role.. Attention to details.Males are preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.. Excellent organizational skills.. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.. very good in English (written & Spoken). Working Conditions:· Fixed working hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, (Friday and Saturday off).· Package includes Attractive salary, Social insurance, medical allowance, KPIs Bonus, etc.
