Role Description
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
Onboarding & Offboarding : Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into\out the company.
Reporting: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Compensation and Benefits: Follow up on the procedures for registering medical and social insurance for
all employees and follow up on leave balances and attendance times
