As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by developing effective marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. Working closely with the technical colleague, you’ll craft compelling messaging that highlights the value of our platform and work to attract new customer segments, such as SaaS and financial services.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, while also creating impactful marketing campaigns that align with our strategic goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS).
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new sales and expand our customer base.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, PPC).
- Develop content (blog posts, case studies) to promote ITGoals services.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies for better results.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities
Qualifications:5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the SaaS industry.Proven track record in software and outsourcing sales, lead generation, and closing deals.Strong experience with digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEA, SEM, and content marketing.Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.Desired Skills:Ability to work as a single sales & marketing contributor and collaborate with the IT technical person in an autonomous mode.Excellent English speaking and writing skills
