  • Update company organization structure.
  • Deal with difficult staffing duties, including under staffing, refereeing disputes, transferring, terminating employees, and administrating disciplinary procedures.
  • Resolve employee disciplinary matters and grievances; remain current and serve as a resource for advising staff on laws, regulations, policies, and procedures for human resources.
  • Review and update HR handbook and training schedules.
  • Prepare offer letter of the selected candidates.
  • Revise the coordination of the recruitment process, screening applications, arranging interviews, participating in selection process, and administering Korn Ferry assessments.
  • Conduct new employee orientations.
  • Handle hiring process activities such as posting jobs on job board or website, review applications and maintain a spread sheet on tracking an applicant.
  • Prepare annual manpower plans.
  • Decide on the most efficient sourcing channels.
  • Assess training effectiveness through analyzing trainees' feedback and impact on daily activities.
  • Participate in the development of annual training plans and budgets.
  • Analyze performance ratings and trends and develop useful insights.
  • Assist managers in filling appraisal forms and using the OKR system.
  • Gather employee feedback regularly and develop useful data for analysis.
  • Conduct employee investigations taking the necessary decision based on company policies and action matrices.
  • Conduct exit interviews for voluntary leavers and report resignation reasons.

7 – 10 Years of Experience in HR.HR Diploma is Preferred.Good knowledge with ERP Systems.Excellent English Level written and spoken.Ability to execute daily tasks with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills.High level of commitment with the ability to work under pressure.
