-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.-15 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Sales Manager and a minimum of 3 years in the lighting industry.-Experience in tendering processes and managing client relationships.-Familiarity with lighting products or similar industry products.-Strong understanding of engineering principles as they relate to sales.-Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work both in-office and in the field as required.
