Sales Manager (Engineering Background)

-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

-Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

-Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

-Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

-Build and maintain relationships with key clients.

-Attend client meetings and represent the company in negotiations.

-Oversee the preparation and submission of tenders.

-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

-Analyze competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure product availability and prompt delivery.

-Organize training for team members to enhance their skills and Promote continuous professional development.

-Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and maintain professional conduct.


-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.-15 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Sales Manager and a minimum of 3 years in the lighting industry.-Experience in tendering processes and managing client relationships.-Familiarity with lighting products or similar industry products.-Strong understanding of engineering principles as they relate to sales.-Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work both in-office and in the field as required.
