HR Manager

  1. Partner with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy to design and implement the best Performance Management System.
  2. Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation – striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.
  3. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies.

 

  1. Work as instructor to deliver Training Programs if needed.
  2. Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation. 
  3. Contribute in Designing HR policies, procedures and forms designing processes.
  4. Partners with Head of Human Resources and appropriate Times Development leaders to grow the capacity of the organization’s key talents to include high potential identification (via Talent Management) and associated development programming, etc.
  5. Develop & implement Times Development new organization structure policy and design with Org Charts, Unit Descriptions, Job Descriptions, KPIs & objectives.
  6. Participate in setting and determining the organization’s pay structure, benefits offerings, competitive wage rates and compensation plans.
  7. Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive, and legal.
  8. Coordinate and manage the training programs of Times Development.
  9. Design and oversee the orientation program for new hires.
  10. Determines training needs and requirements for Times Development by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys.
  11. Reviews training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance.
  12. Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
  13. Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
  14. Oversee the HR Operations processes
  15. Design and oversee the implementation of recruitment process map
  16. Coordinate with the department managers to forecast future hiring needs and identify gaps
  17. Audition and interview performers to match their attributes to specific roles or to increase the pool of available acting talent.

Bachelor’s degreeAt least 10+ years of experience in same field.Experience in real estate. HR Diploma is a must.Excellent in English speaking, writing, and reading
