Requirements:
- Managing key client relationships and ensuring their continuous satisfaction.
- Design technical proposals for the key clients making sure they meet their needs.
- Review and edit existing learning material and ensure it meets the current needs.
- Assign and Delegate tasks, duties, and responsibilities to the L&D coordinators.
- Coach, monitor, and evaluate the L&D coordinators.
- Develop reporting and evaluation templates for the assessment of training facilitators and training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics to measure knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
- Contribute to setting department priorities and strategy with the support of the department manager.
- Contribute to managing and tracking program plans and budgets and make sure it’s aligned with the agreed-on goals and available resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.
Qualifications:• 4+ years of working experience. • Strong communication skills. • Good presentation skills. • Time management. • Highly detail-orientated • Leadership skills. • Proficiency in English both written & verbal. • Proficiency in MS Office suite. • Any additional qualification would be an asset (Any courses related to the job). • Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate learning objectives and assessments.
