- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls to concerned department.
- Responsible for getting different offers for needed office staff to proceed with needed item.
- Responsible for office supplies (stationary, kitchen, or any needed office supplies), keeping kitchen and supply areas stocked, clean, organized and functional.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary office supplies: order supplies as needed to keep basic supplies stocked, and to fulfill special requests from staff.
- Maintain and update office phone list, email distribution lists, and other similar systems.
- Receive and sort incoming mail to concerned parties.
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure after having approvals.
- Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events if needed.
- Maintaining databases and filing systems
- Take charge of creating and managing budgets, as well as monitoring and controlling office expenses.
- Coordinate and lead special projects assigned by management, ensuring their successful completion.
