  • Handles all walk-in customers from all distribution channels, issues payments, investment and tax letters requested by customers and assists them with the settlement of due premiums.
  • Supports and finalizes all the simple requests of life policies on the same day.
  • Provides any service for any customer's query, requests and complaints following related processes and agreed SLAs.
  • Handles and follows any assigned project/task and commits with a set deadline.
  • Issues P&C products as per agreed criteria and renews policies within authority limits.
  • Replies to all kinds of complaints or requests as needed.
  • Follows up on all client requests to guarantee prompt and regular feedback.

0-2 Years of experience.Microsoft Office proficiencyFluent in both Arabic & EnglishInsurance experience is a plus.Experience in customer service is a plus.
