Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Analysis & Requirements Definition:
- Define and document business analysis requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for analysis and improvement.
2.Dashboard & Reporting Maintenance
- Maintain and update business dashboards to reflect accurate and current data.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements, ensuring timely and relevant data delivery.
3.Data Integrity & Repository Management:
- Ensure the integrity, performance, and reliability of the company’s data repository.
- Partner with developers to transform and organize data into useful data models for analysis.
4.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor performance progress against targets by tracking activity, identifying issues, and recommending corrective actions.
- Create and maintain reports that are informative, actionable, and repeatable, highlighting key business trend
5.Process Improvement & Documentation:
- Help design, document, and maintain business processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Author and update internal and external documentation related to analysis, reporting, and data management.
6.Statistical Analysis & Data Visualization:
- Conduct Statistical analysis of data to predict trends in the customer base and other business areas.
- utilize data visualization tools, like Tableau, to present data in easy-to-understand formats.
7.Real-Time Analytics:
- Perform real-time analytics to identify insights and proactive opportunities for business growth.
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support recommendations.
8.Partnership & Collaborations.
- Build strong partnerships with business decision-makers to understand data content and champion new ways of looking at problems through data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Educational background and previous experience:
- Suitable bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 Years of experience. Knowledge and Functional Skills:
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and data interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages.
