Talent Acquisition Specialist - Cairo (Sheraton)
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the best talent for our team. You'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to meet our company's long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
- Help build diverse and qualified teams
- Work on staffing needs with a focus on long-term strategies
- Develop sourcing plans, like employer branding, to attract applicants
- Create and manage smooth hiring processes for a great candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and criteria
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn
- Write job descriptions and interview questions based on role requirements
- Assess and shortlist candidates based on their CVs and portfolios
- Attend job fairs and events to build a candidate pool
- Keep records of all recruitment materials and share them with stakeholders
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and interview techniques
- Strong skills in social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to find candidates
- Good documentation skills and knowledge of industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- HR certification is a plus
