- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty in all company residential projects
- development and implement policies and procedures ( handover- community - crm) that meet the business needs & clients requirements
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.to make decisions regarding the current resource.
- Manage day-to-day operations while dealing with various clients.
- Investigate customer's problems and find solutions
- Assisting clients with the property after-sales and development.
- Manage hand over and fit-out process of projects.
- Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals.
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.
Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.A minimum of 7 years’ experience. in real estate is a mustExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.A team player with leadership skills.Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.Understanding of how CRM systems work
