File Management:
• Download and upload files from designated software as required.
• Maintain organized records of files and track their status throughout the workflow.
Client Communication & Coordination:
• Review and interpret notes added by clients and communicate these requirements clearly to other teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for account managers to clarify any specific client needs.
Team collaboration and guidance:
• Facilitate communication within the team and guide team members in understanding and implementing new procedures.
• Attend meetings with team members and clients to discuss workflow updates, answer queries, and provide insights.
Data & reporting:
• Use excel to manage data, track workflows and provide updates as needed.
Process improvement:
• Actively identify and recommend opportunities for optimization of workflow.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).Proficiency in Excel and other related software.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, account managers and clients.Team-oriented.Highly organized and capable of managing tasks efficiently.Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus, but not mandatory.Willing to work night shift.
