EgyBell is hiring Operation Manager for one of the leading furniture manufacturing companies in the Middle East and Africa
Job Summary:
Your primary responsibility will involve implementing, adapting, and continually improving our business systems and processes within the city. You will play a key role in ensuring our properties are ready for occupancy in a timely manner, overseeing third-party contractors and 3PL companies, and maintaining seamless operations across the team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all the housekeeping, maintenance and laundry requirements of the units
- Liaise with the Client Experience team to ensure satisfactory resolution to all guest issues
- Style and manage photoshoots for new apartments, ensuring spaces align with photoshoot guidelines.
- Drive operational cost reduction and propose process improvement while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage, liaise, and negotiate with contractors, vendors, and external business partners to ensure a high standard of client experience for our guests.
- Effectively manage the city inventory of furniture, consumables, and linens, optimizing safety stocks and reporting malfunctions to the Design and Supply Chain teams.
- Lead timely data collection to update operational metrics, achieving productivity targets, reducing cost per unit, eliminating errors, and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of progressive work experience, preferably in business operations or services within a startup, SME, or large corporation.
- Background in the housekeeping department of a hotel is a plus
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent command of English language
- Results-oriented individual with excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

- Team management experience, preferably in field operations, is considered a plus.
