Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IFRS standards, proven managerial experience, and a strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and audits. You will lead the financial function with a focus on maintaining the integrity of our financial information and ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Oversee both internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and addressing audit findings promptly.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive financial performance.
• Ensure the preparation and presentation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve financial performance, cost controls, and profitability.
• Lead the finance team, ensuring the team is well-trained in internal control procedures, financial reporting, and auditing practices.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Professional certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferable.
• 4-5 years of managerial experience in finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, internal controls, and audit practices.
• Experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
