Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Engineer at ADI Real Estate Investments Company in Cairo, Egypt. The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for overseeing architecture, project management, civil engineering, construction, and teamwork activities on office building projects. They will work on-site to ensure the highest quality finishes and designs are implemented according to client requirements.
Qualifications
- 6-8 Years’ Experience
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
- Familiarity with 3D Max, Photoshop
- High Communication Skills.
- Experience in site verification and developing as-built drawings.
- Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
- A sound knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the architectural engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- A sound knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Competent use of architectural engineering specific software.
- Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Substantial technical land practical experience in architectural engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
- Review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Study Project Bill of Quantities and Drawings.
- Review contractor's shop drawings for compliance with specifications and contract agreements.
- Prepare architectural shop drawings and site reports.
Conduct quantity surveys and prepare invoices for subcontractors and clients.
- Monitor project schedules and control document revisions.
Stay updated with architectural/civil trends and regulations.
