Financial Manager 

Responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization and ensuring that financial goals are met. 

Work closely with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and manage financial operations.
 


Job Requirements for Financial Manager PositionEducational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification like CMA, CFA, or an MBA is preferred.Professional Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in managing various financial departments: Accounting, Financial Analysis, Treasury, and Tax Compliance.Skills Required:Budgeting: Developing and managing budgets for the company, including forecasting and planning for future financial needs.Financial reporting: Preparing financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the company.Financial planning: Developing long-term financial plans to support the company's strategic goals.Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, interest rate changes, and economic downturns.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.In-depth understanding of financial systems and local regulations related to taxes and social Cash management: Managing the company's cash flow, including maintaining appropriate bank balances and optimizing interest income.Banking relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with banks to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company's banking services.Credit facilities: Negotiating and managing credit facilities, such as loans and lines of credit, with banks.Foreign exchange: Managing the company's foreign exchange needs, including currency conversion and hedging.Treasury operations: Overseeing the company's day-to-day Treasury operations, including payments, receipts, and cash forecasting.Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks related to banking activities, such as credit risk and liquidity riskExcellent analytical skills with the ability to generate strategic financial reports.Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).Managerial and Organizational Abilities:Ability to manage and motivate a team overseeing 4 different departments.Expertise in strategic financial planning and improving the company’s financial performance.Languages:Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).Communication and Relationships:Excellent communication skills for liaising with senior management and coordinating with external parties such as banks and auditors.
