- Follow up with students and tutors regarding schedules, updates, and inquiries.
- Provide timely responses to questions and concerns.
*Attendance Tracking:*
- Monitor and track attendance for both students and tutors.
- Generate attendance reports and summaries as needed.
*Bookkeeping:*
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records and transaction data.
*Notification Management:*
- Set up and manage reminders for upcoming tutoring sessions and events.
- Ensure timely notifications for both students and tutors.
*Feedback Collection and Quality Assurance:*
- Collect feedback from students and tutors.
- Conduct quality inspections and address any issues promptly.
*Call Center Support:*
- Provide inbound and outbound phone support for online tutoring services.
- Handle customer service inquiries, appointment setting, billing, and administrative tasks.
*Sales & Telemarketing:*
- Cold calling and lead generation for tutoring services.
- Manage sales inquiries and set appointments.
- Drive telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and close deals.
