Senior Organization Development

• Define and implement organizational strategies that align with the company's mission and goals.
• Implement talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and performance management systems.
• Foster a culture of learning and development through training and mentorship programs.
• Analyze feedback and develop actionable plans to improve engagement and retention
• Implement programs that encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
• identify performance gaps and develop solutions to address them.
• Creating organizational charts and head count reports on a monthly basis.Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths and areas for development
• Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and performance management systems.
• Design and implement employee engagement surveys and initiatives to assess and enhance workplace satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives and report on key performance indicators
• Build relationships with external partners, including training providers and consultants, to enhance OD capabilities
• Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies.
• Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employeeWork closely with HR, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment on organizational development initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement organizational strategies that align with the company's mission and goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferredExperience in a similar role, familiarity with HRIS, proficiency in using spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities.Proven track record of leading successful organizational change initiatives. Minimum of 4 years of experience in organization development, talent management, or related fields, preferably in the financial services or microfinance sector.
