Key Responsibilities:

Payroll and Benefits Management:

  • Oversee the preparation and disbursement of monthly salaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations in the retail clothing sector.
  • Manage benefits and rewards systems to provide competitive packages that motivate employees in the company.

Personnel Affairs:

  • Supervise employee records management, contracts, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations in line with the retail clothing industry.
  • Monitor the implementation of labor laws in the countries where the company operates.

Organizational Development:

  • Oversee strategic planning and organizational structure development to support the company's growth and achieve excellence in managing branches spread across the region.
  • Lead initiatives for career development and employee capacity building in line with the requirements of the retail clothing sector.

Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to meet the company's needs for qualified personnel, focusing on the specific recruitment standards required in the retail clothing sector.
  • Oversee the selection and hiring processes in coordination with recruitment officers and support them in achieving the company’s objectives.

HR Information System (HRIS) Management:

  • Lead the development and updating of digital HR management systems in line with the latest trends to ensure operational efficiency and easy access to information.
  • Ensure the integration of information systems with all HR functions.

Coordination with HR Officers in the Gulf Region:

  • Provide support and consultation to the HR team in the administrative offices in Saudi Arabia and supervise the HR Operations Manager and Personnel Officers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure the unified implementation of policies and procedures across all regional branches and monitor compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent field.At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in the retail clothing sector.Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt and Gulf countries.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage multicultural and multi-location teams.Proficiency in HR management systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office programs.
