House Keeping Trainer

  • On -Floor training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis
  • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
  • Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to verify understanding.
  • Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public spaces.

·      1-3 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or trainer role·      Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations·      Excellent organizational and team management skills·      Experience in Facility Management·      Good Communication skills and a smart Personality
