Job Purpose
Manage and lead the team, act as a link between concerned parties to deliver Etisalat services to all customers and achieve the enterprise goals and targets
Report To Position Name
Maintain a high level of products knowledge within the team by having refreshment sessions, emails and quizzes to support subordinates in the sales process
Measure and assess subordinates’ productivity by viewing their KPIs, reports, pipeline and hit-list to ensure the team alignment with Etisalat strategy and meeting sales targets
Attend and keep track of tenders’ roadmap to ensure penetrating all governmental sectors and increasing Etisalat market share
Increase the client base through guiding team members and visiting key accounts to ensure clients’ familiarity with Etisalat’s new products and services
Follow up on team members to update their system accounts “Locator” in terms of sales and inventory to reflect the actual sales and transaction on the corporate system
