HR Specialist

  • Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates .
  • Plan , direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization .
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling jib interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Processing payroll , which includes ensuring vacation and sick leaves are tracked in the system
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
  • Maintain Employees files, documents & paperwork
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules & working conditions.
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.

Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistExperience in the field of real estate is a mustProven experience in recruitment, headhunting, and conducting interviews.Strong interpersonal skillsExcellent in EnglishExcellent communication skillsHas a good databaseHas good knowledge about HR Functions
