Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3+ years of experience in people compensation and payroll or related HR roles.Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing skills.Excellent Command of MS Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint).Oracle HR and Oracle Applications expertise is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Certification in Payroll (CPP, FPC) is a plus.
