About the Job:

Handling recruitment cycle in the company for junior and middle levels while managing the full outsourcing hiring plan and execution as well as the internships for Beltone Group.

Job Description:

  • Posting and announcing vacant jobs on relevant channels for potential applicants to apply on, as part of the recruitment process.
  • Conducting screening interviews for junior and middle-level profiles to assess according to the job requirements.
  • Conducting phone screening interviews, to assess candidate’s initial interest and fit, as an initial screening process.
  • Conducting Competency Based Interviews for junior and middle-level candidates to evaluate their job fit and assess the competencies relevant to the job.
  • Communicating with the Business the shortlisted profiles for vacancies to coordinate technical interviews accordingly to proceed with the hiring process.
  • Aligning and assisting the Hiring Manager to make hiring decisions for candidates after passing all interviews, to ensure the appropriate hiring selection is made.
  • Communicating outsourcing employees' job offers; to the outsourcing agency to be used during the offering process for hiring and ensuring the collection of needed documents.
  • Communicating and following up with outsourcing agency monthly regarding new hires to ensure an effective and smooth hiring process and execution.
  • Collecting and building profiles database to ensure having a ready and competent profile bank to respond to business internship requests.
  • Conducting interviews for interns to evaluate their job fit and assess the competencies relevant to the job.
  • Aligning with IT and Administration units to ensure onboarding logistics are all ready for new hires, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Coordinating with relevant units to ensure all required hiring documents from the interns are provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Communicating daily with the Head of department to provide follow-up on the status and feedback on all interviews done, to ensure taking any corrective actions if needed.
  • Drafting and communicating monthly report about outsourced employees for follow up purposes.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any business-related field.1-3 years of experience- Employer branding knowledge is a plus.CBI course is a plus.
