About the Job:
Investigate and understand root causes for issues in technical operations and develop corrective actions to solve the operational issues, controlling and driving the execution team.
Job Requirements:
- Define and identify operational objectives, pinpoint objectives including efficiency, cost savings, operator convenience, safety and quality.
- Provides operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends
- Making inspection visits, and document regular facilities inspections
- Prepare inspection report and fact sheet and send to CR & Commercial.
- Make execution plan
- Lead the team of execution, after selecting.
- Client receiving.
- Prepare the execution report.
- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software.Experience in facilities management and maintenance is preferred.
