In this role, you'll be the voice of Taiseer, connecting with customers who have shown initial interest by registering and verifying their accounts but haven't yet started their gold savings journey. This isn't your typical telesales position – you won't be cold calling or reading from scripts. Instead, you'll be engaging in meaningful conversations with verified users, understanding their hesitations, addressing their questions about gold investment, and helping them take the first step towards financial security.
