Job Description
As a Receptionist at Bydotpy, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our company. You will be the face of Bydotpy, welcoming visitors, managing communication channels, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors: Ensure a warm and professional welcome for all visitors to Bydotpy.
- Answer and direct phone calls: Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct callers to the appropriate departments.
- Manage CEO's schedule: Coordinate and manage the CEO's meeting times and schedule, ensuring efficient time utilization.
- Administrative tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining records, organizing documents, and assisting with office tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance: Represent Bydotpy with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Other duties as assigned: Contribute to the overall success of the company by performing additional tasks as required.
