Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Optimize inventory levels, track supply chain performance metrics, and implement efficient supply chain strategies.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to control costs, analyze budgets, and streamline purchasing processes.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supervise staff, manage guest inquiries, and handle emergencies and security incidents effectively.
  • Collaborate with department heads to coordinate activities and maintain operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Previous experience in both supply chain management and hotel operations is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage diverse teams and operational functions.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers, staff, and guests effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to optimize processes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory management, and hotel industry operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management or Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle varying responsibilities and situations.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
