- Draft and develop value proposition concepts (initial concept), focusing on the customer’s needs, identified benefits and target customers.
- Draft and develop well-defined value proposition (detailed concept card), which outlines all the technical product specification, product pricing and profitability indicators.
- Identify the product development requirements, in alignment with all stockholder’s and set the project action plan (business and system development requirements)
- Liaise with all concerned parties to obtain the necessary approvals on the product legal documentation as per the set project plan.
- Prepare the training materials for the training team on the developed products.
- Draft the policy legal documentation and liaise with all concerned parties to obtain the necessary approvals.
- Draft the IT requirements document and coordinate with IT the UAT.
- Draft the internal approval files regarding all product approvals.
- Establish and maintain product log for all products under development, in accordance with the project’s timelines and the set priorities by the management.
- Responsible for maintaining proper tracking and filing records.
