We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the cosmetics industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of cosmetic products to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and pharmacies, medical centers/clinics, beauty centers/clinics, hospitals, and hypermarkets while ensuring that our brand is represented in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell cosmetic products to healthcare professionals, emphasizing benefits and scientific backing.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, clinics, and beauty professionals to expand the customer base.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the cosmetics sector
Product Training: Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals and staff, ensuring they understand product features and benefits.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives as set by management.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, detailing performance metrics and market feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and improve product offerings.
Follow up with clients and distribution channels
Continuing Education: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing).
Proven experience in medical sales, particularly in cosmetics or related fields
Strong understanding of dermatological and cosmetic products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
