Regional Talent Management Manager

Job Purpose; 

Manage each of Talent Acquisition and Organizational development activities, while ensuring the presence of a productive and developed workforce capable of meeting the strategic objectives across regions.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the formulation of strategic plans and objectives for the regional Talent Management Department, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Prepare, review, and manage the budget for Talent Management initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support departmental goals and activities across regions.
  • Anticipate and forecast hiring needs based on business growth projections and strategic objectives, ensuring proactive talent acquisition planning.
  • Strategize, communicate, and educate stakeholders on recruitment resources, systems, and procedures to optimize talent acquisition processes.
  • Maintain and curate talent profiles for both external hiring and internal succession planning, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events to highlight the organization's culture and opportunities, fostering candidate interest and engagement.
  • Design and implement assessment center structures and tools to enhance the effectiveness and quality of candidate selection processes.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, including conducting interviews, administering assessments, and consolidating key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Oversee performance management systems across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational methodologies and objectives.
  • Promote the use of competency-based recruitment models and psychometric testing to identify and select top talent aligned with organizational competencies.
  • Develop succession planning frameworks, including criteria for critical positions, to support organizational continuity and talent development.
  • Oversee the implementation of reward and recognition frameworks to incentivize high performance and support employee engagement, in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Manage the process of updating organization charts to reflect changes in reporting structures and personnel movements accurately.
  • Oversee the engagement survey programs, including survey scripting, and action plan development based on survey results.
  • Develop and mentor the regional OD and TA teams, providing direct support and ensuring efficiency and adherence to procedures.

Academic & professional qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is desirable.Experience: 10 -12 years of corporate experience in talent management, recruitment, and organizational development.Skills and Abilities: Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative. Highly motivated, goal-driven, results-oriented, and team player. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software.Language Proficiency:Fluent English (spoken and written)
