Job Purpose;
Ensure the organization hires job-fit and organization-fit talents in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner while promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices through adequate employer branding. Ensure the readiness of the Talent pool across regions.
Accountabilities:
- Develop the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company; multi-level hiring and people management in addition to updating Talent acquisition internal policies and procedures.
- Consolidate HRBP team and directors inputs in departmental hiring requirements for the next year, determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts organizational annual manpower plan across regions to ensure the validity of data.
- Prepare, review, and manage the budget for Talent Acquisition initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support departmental goals and activities.

- Provide direct support, to source, screen, select, and finalize hiring of highly qualified calibers for employment to ensure maintenance of the regional internal pipeline.
- Oversee and manage internal and external position postings, review and approve all employment offers by TA advisors and HRBPs according to current salary scale.
- Conduct promotion interviews and assessments for senior positions as per the criteria and KPIs of the position.
- Oversee and approve internal Job posting announcement criteria in addition to overseeing the process of handling and fulfilling internal transfer requests.
- Develop, coach, and administer talent acquisition team performance and development plans and appraisals to enhance continuously their performance.
- Strategize, communicate, and educate stakeholders on recruitment resources, systems, and procedures to optimize talent acquisition processes.
- Maintain and curate talent profiles for both external hiring and internal succession planning, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events to highlight the organization's culture and opportunities, fostering candidate interest and engagement.
- Design and implement assessment center structures and tools to enhance the effectiveness and quality of candidate selection processes.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, including conducting interviews, administering assessments, and consolidating key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
Academic & professional qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.CBI (Competency-Based Interview) Certificate is required.MBA is preferred for this role.Experience:9+ years of experience, at least 4 years in managerial positions.Proven record of accomplishment of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently.Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing toolsSkills and Abilities:Advanced presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.Advanced problem solving and strategic thinking skills in a dynamic environment.Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high quality work output under pressure. Excellent communication, negotiation, delegation, and leadership skills.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English verbal and written.
