- Manages the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule of the Manager
- Prepares draft documents, reports, presentations and correspondences.
- Effectively manages, coordinates, and tracks inbound and outbound communications (email, telephone and mail) on behalf of the manager, ensuring timely responses.
- Provides the manager with all required preparatory materials for meetings.
- Schedules and maintains all travel arrangements .
- Performs initial review of monthly reports for the manager and follows up to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including meetings and conferences.
- Serve as the liaison between the top management and other staff members or external partners.
- Handle personal tasks for the manager as required.
- Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares papers for consideration as requested.
- Handles and maintains confidential matters appropriately and with complete discretion.
- Files and retrieves documents, forms, records, and reports.
- Train the Junior administrative / coordinators staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Proven experience ( from 3:5 years) as a Personal Assistant or a similar role.Fluent English is Mandatory.Females only Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
