1- Direct contact with freight forwarders and shipping lines to coordinate shipping.
2- Issuing ACID for Shipments.
3- Following up with Nafeza Regulations, Cargo-x regulations.
4- Timely preparation of insurance certificates for shipments.
5- Preparing and maintaining an updated delivery schedule, Shipments update.
6- Following up with Forwarders for shipments updates, arrival dates and report back
7- Communicating with all relevant departments involved with importation.
8- Daily follow up with custom clearance broker to updates shipments progress during clearance.
9- Receiving and maintaining freight invoices and following up with freight payments.
10- Following up original shipping documents release from the banks.
11- Perform some Administrative tasks related to department will be required by management from time to time.
12- prepare reports as required.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. 3 to 5 years of Experience in logistics or supply chain Excellent English language. Excellent computer skills. Medical/ Health care background is a plus.SAP experience is a plus Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
