Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Developing Category and Supply Chain Strategies: Design and implement strategies for category management and supply chain operations to drive sales growth, enhance profitability, and improve operational efficiency across Circle K Egypt.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product selection, pricing, and supply chain decisions.
- Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, promotions, and reliable supply chain agreements that align with Circle K Egypt's goals.
- Promotional Campaign Management: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, aimed at increasing customer engagement and boosting sales.
- Sales and Inventory Data Monitoring: Regularly monitor sales data and inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement in both category management and supply chain performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product selections, pricing, and supply chain operations comply with local laws and regulations to safeguard Circle K Egypt from any legal risks.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in category management and supply chain roles, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors, with a proven record of boosting sales and optimizing supply chain processes.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.Industry Exposure: Previous experience in the retail industry is essential, with a focus on FMCG. Experience working with international suppliers is an added advantage.Skills: Strong data analysis (Excel, Power BI), negotiation, supply chain management, marketing, and retail operations skills.
