The company also has a subsidiary called Mention, which focuses on digital marketing and content creation, and another called 925, which is an online magazine and professional studio platform (Influence Communications).
Job Purpose
The Traffic Manager is responsible for ensuring that all creative projects flow efficiently between departments from start to finish. This role involves planning, managing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and that work is distributed evenly among the team. The Traffic Manager works closely with the creative, account management, and production teams to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Role Description
Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability.
- Coordinate with account managers and department heads to ensure clear communication and expectations.
Workflow Management
- Monitor the progress of projects, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of organization within the project management system.
Quality Control
- Review deliverables for quality and consistency before they are sent to clients.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to brand guidelines and client requirements.
Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and status updates with the project team.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on project metrics, providing insights for process improvement.
- Analyze project performance and resource allocation to optimize future workflows
Qualificationso Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related fieldo 3+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or a related role in a marketing agency.o Strong understanding of creative processes and agency workflows.o Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.o Proficiency in project management toolso Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.o Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage complex schedules.o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.o English Proficiency is a musto Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
