Office Manager / PA

  • Assist in scheduling meetings for the Executive Committee (EXCO) and the Chairman, along with job duties (JD) review.
  • Track completed, pending, and complementary meetings.
  • Prioritize important and time-sensitive subjects.
  • Ensure all meetings have appropriate agendas and descriptions.
  • Confirm with stakeholders, especially external ones, a day before the meeting.
  • Assist in booking hotel accommodations and airfare.
  • Create a full itinerary in the calendar, including location links and travel time duration.
  • Prepare the Chairman’s credentials kit and keep it updated.
  • Prepare necessary minutes when required.

Bachelor of Business Administration (or equivalent).Minimum 10 years of experience. Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic.Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.Effective interpersonal communication style, particularly with Board members and senior-level staff.Task ManagementsOperation Skills
