We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator (Assistant to the Operations Manager) to support the operations team in managing and executing high-profile projects. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
What You'll Achieve:
Operational Support
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily project activities, ensuring smooth operations, timely execution, and adherence to project schedules.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor project performance and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.
Technical Assistance
- Apply engineering expertise to review project designs, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Support project teams by providing technical insights and resolving on-site issues.
- Ensure technical compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Administrative Coordination
- Manage meetings, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation related to schedules, resource allocation, and operational milestones.
- Assist in procurement, logistics, and resource management by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all operational processes meet company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural).3+ years of experience in a project management or operations role in the construction or engineering sector.Fluency in English is essential, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools and software.A problem-solving mindset with the ability to address challenges proactively.
