- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for various projects.
- Develop design concepts that reflect the client's personality and vision, aligned with functional requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, models, and design presentations using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements in line with the project’s objectives.
- Work closely with the presales team to present design concepts to clients and secure project approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure design plans are implemented according to specifications.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, materials, and advancements in interior design technologies.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure delivery within the allocated budget and schedule.
- Conduct site visits to check on the progress of projects and ensure everything aligns with the original design vision.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with experience in residential, commercial, or retail projects.Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A keen eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in collaborating with presales teams on project presentations.Certification from a recognized interior design organization is a plus.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.Health insurance and additional benefits.Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
